SimCity 2000 Special Edition -
Ripped and recorded music for online listening and download in OGG format; the music is actually from "Sim City 2000", not sure what difference that might make regarding the music/ soundtrack, if any.

Duke Nukem 3D: Atomic Edition - For folks finding it too hard or unwilling to go through unpacking, etc., the music is available on VGMPW for online listening and download in OGG format; could be added as an alternative.
And two additions for the "Further Releases" list:

And last one for this post:

Rise of the Triad (2013) According
to the composer Andrew Hulshult, he was tasked to remake the original songs of
Rise of the Triad: Dark War by Lee Jackson; these are 34(!) in total according to VGMPW.
Now, Interceptor Entertainment list 7 tracks on their
SoundCloud channel - I have no idea which tracks are included in the GOG version, so it's possible that there are a few repeats here.
Plus, Andrew Hulshult made the following comment in the
Doomworld Forums (late 2013):
Also: ROTT OST will see the light of day...SOON ;)
