Do any of these games work on Mac, or are they all pc-only?

You can get the DOS and SCUMM games to work through and the Mac version of [url=http://www.scummvm.org/]SCUMMVM.
But you'll need to install the games first using Bootcamp, Wine or whichever Windows emulator you use.
Edit: Here's a list of GOG games that use DOSbox that can be re-wrapped with Boxer.
Here's a list of SCUMM games. It's not limited to only those on GOG though.

I recently got Hegemonia to work using Wine on the Mac. Using you can run GOG's installers. You can use [url=http://appdb.winehq.org/]this page to find out what games work and any tricks to get them working. Boxer is great too. I have like 45 games installed that way.
Not to toot my own horn, but you may be interested in my guide on using GOG titles with OS X: http://www.gog.com/en/forum/general/gog_games_on_mac_os_x_a_how_to

Fixed that for you.

No offense, but even a half-hearted token search of the site would have given you most, if not all the information in this thread.

Shhhhh! Mac users are used to having as little options as possible! Confusing them with "Windows", "Linux", etc. will give them a nervous break down so let's keep it simple and stick to "Mac" and "PC" - that's already one option more than they're used to. *ducks*
(and yes, this is a dig on the one-button-mouse :p )

A dig only at the mouse? But there are so many other option restrictions with Macs that you could be digging at.
^

Your knowledge is outdated, modern Macs come with multibutton mice. In fact a modern Mac mouse has an infinite amount of buttons (only limited by the size of your fingers). Technically speaking these aren't real buttons but the effect of combining a multitouch surface with a mouse :-P. In practive it means you can have one, two, three or whatever buttons you want as long as you configure your mouse to behave that way.
Also Mac OS X supported more than one mouse buttons since... always and Apple's previous mice had multiple buttons too.
This "one mouse button only" myth is older than many games in this site...
^ still... I like my Razer more. :p
Being my first post, I was kinda hoping for maybe a nicer welcome. But hey, I guess not.
I said PC because nobody uses Linux for gaming. Mac doesn't (legall) run on PCs, so by PC I was generalising (on purpose) to Windows. Which I happen to have. I have a very highly spec'd Windows 7, so I'm actually enjoying Fallout and fallout tactics right now. All I wanted to know was if there were any games that DID run on both, and if there was any way to run those that didn't. The first response was exactly what I wanted. Helpful, included links, and explained itself. Everything from then on was totally uncalled for flaming.I didn't expect such a critical response from anybody here. Needless to say, it's not a great first impression of this community..
PS. My desktop dual-boots with Ubuntu, it's not as if I have no experience with Linux.

Except it's no myth because the OS didn't make standard use of the second button and standard Macs took over 15 years to actively stick a TWO button mouse in the box with an iMac by default ;) Even then, it was still too complex for Apple to think that you might want to press both buttons at once! *gasp* The force is weak in you, old one. Having to assign commands to a button is not as practical as having actual context menus assigned to the scroll wheel and right mouse button so don't try to sugar coat it.
Oh, and don't argue with someone who's been using Macs for his job for 10 years ;).

We're just messing :P this forum is actually very insult-free. There's a lot of banter going around but it's nearly always friendly.

Wow, you couldn't be more wrong about that one. We've got an entire thread here dedicated to identifying GOG games we can and do run on Linux through Wine and the like. I also dual-boot Windows and Linux like you, and I only use Windows for those games that just won't run on Linux at all. There are far more Linux users like me than you might think.
As for your "not nice" welcome, seriously? You can't tell when people are just having fun with you (and each other for that matter)? We could have just pointed you at Google or hit you with nothing but Rick Roll or Trololo links, but we instead answered your question quite precisely and added a bit of friendly ribbing at "the newbie's" expense.
