I haven't seen this posted yet so I will post it here. I found this interesting interview via the escapist in which the head of marketing and PR for GOG sits down with games.on.net. Seems to cover everything the GOG community frequently asks about like how they got major publishers on-board and that "going out of business" PR stunt.
