Important update:
They've now altered their policy. They do allow DRM, but it's listed on the game's page just above the buy button. For example: http://www.indievania.com/games/unepic
I think it's now "DRM-free unless stated otherwise".

Because the DRM-free thing is new, there might be some DRM'd games that slipped through the net, so go easy on them for now.
For anyone who doesn't know, they have a rather unique business model. They give 100% of the price of the game to the developer, they rely entirely on tips for their own income AFAIK.
