Licurg: The comparison to Freelancer just made me want to buy it :P
In Freelancer you don't have to beware of road bumps or driving into buildings.
It's a bit similar: there's basic economy in city hubs, an upgrade system, a gradually expanding area where you can freely travel and fight random bandits, but beating plot missions is a requirement to unlock more. No facial animations - everyone conveniently wears masks.
Navagon: So it gets a lot better later on I take it?
Ehh... it gets more varied. Rips off some plot from Prey. Tries every basic FPS setting. Throws is some magic gun, futuristic guns, realistic guns, blades. The game tries to be everything at once and everything it does is perfectly mediocre. Still, it's better than the horrors that were made on this game's engine.
Actually, I think, I still have both the HTA (+Add-on) and the Hellforces giftable on GG... hmmmm...
