I remember my first computer (well, my Dad's), my Spectrum 48k with it's rubber keys. Gaming got difficult when the Z key stopped working since that was often used to move left back then. Does anyone else remember these games from the early 80's?

Oh man how could I forget to put Duckula, I used to LOVE that cartoon! I am a fan of Die Toten Hosen and Die Ärzte (also another good 80s band). I always did prefer the original version of 99 Luft Balloons to the English version; hell I remember learning parts of the German version and flipped back and forth when my old band used to cover the tune.

Technically several of those mean that if you remember them you're an old American.
Although I fairly often remember old stuff, it's really hard to do so on command.
But, I do think that if you remember R.O.B. you're probably old.

Yeah, I remember seeing a video by a guy named Brad Jones where he remarked how that drink is pretty much Crystal Pepsi.

I remember drinking the occasional can of Pepsi Crystal back in the day. It's not available any more? ( Of course, it was basically just sugar water, like most soda, so the world should be able to make do without. )
I remember some games back then actually shipped with little hint books and maps. Nowadays you're lucky if you even get a manual with a physical game purchase.

Going to the cinema on sundays for about 0.50 (East German) Mark. 1 Mark would be enough for cinema and double icecream (when Mom and Dad would like to spend some time without us kids).
