Somewhatgamer: I've tried buying games with paysafecard for hours and it always tells me that: Your payment's status could not be verified due to temporary technical issues.
Does anyone else have an issue with this or is it just me? Help me asap!
Simbabluenobi: That is the same message I got after buying a game yesterday ...
I checked my Bank account and the money was deducted ... So ... Payment went through BUT got No email and No game on the shelf.
I contacted support and they had to manually Verify payment.
I have the game Now BUT it took awhile ................
*their email said it was a RARE Technical Glitch that they are working on fixing* but guess its not THAT rare.
*** WAIT - They'll fix it ... ***
Yeah it's kind of a weird glitch. When I've selected the paysafe method it tells me this
After clicking the 'Process order now', you will be redirected to the Paysafecard page to complete your order. Please note that we charge in US Dollars, and, if a currency exchange is required, Paysafecard will charge an additional fee.
So I'm like okay I just press the process order now button and it'll pop up the site where I can enter the code, but nope it always gives me the same next that I mentioned before.
