gooberking: They were excited to the amount of 5 stars.
Its not a good practice for people to be giving reviews and stars over a youtube video. Its also bad form to give a game 1 star because the game didn't run on their system. Bugginess should be noted if its a real issue for multiple gamers, but don't review a game if you have never played it. That seems like a reasonable requirement.
Crosmando: However, sometimes the line between bugginess and "not having a good enough computer" can be blurred, some games are downright just poorly optimized, so the game runs badly because it's demanding system resources it doesn't need, or is utilizing them incorrectly.
Neverwinter Nights on Windows 7, for example.
It is a fuzzy line at times, however if one is trying to run a game on an OS that didn't exist when it was made, and isn't officially supported then, no you don't get to review the game. You do get to say, "No win7 64-bit :( " but that doesn't constitute a review.
If however, the game is riddled with known errors that never were resolved, have existed from the start and you just can't be as forgiving as some other people, then 1 star is totally valid and important.. All that mush in between those two extremes is up for furious debate. I'm not even sure where I would draw my line.
