hedwards: It's not really odd. There's a small minority that wants to remove them for whatever reason. I'd be shocked if the amount of time they spend dealing with that would be less than how much time they'd spend undeleting games for people that didn't mean to do it.
Or people who get in a fight with their friend or whoever and have their GOG account credentials saved in their web browser and the friend vindictively goes in their account and deletes all of their games inconveniencing the person and putting a burden on GOG support to undo it later. :)
Or even some malicious web browser addon, greasemonkey script or similar that someone gets tricked into installing and running without knowing it is happening...

Me neither. Just got burned 20 minutes ago on another post too. Changin my name to SkeleNecroBow, has a nice ring to it and apparently it grants me the ability to kill kittens or something, what's not to love about that!
