Crusaders of Might & Magic - played it as a kid and I seem to remember enjoying it
Guilty Gear X2 Reload - I don't own any beat-em-ups and this one looks pretty cool.
Speed Busters - same as Guilty Gear but substitute 'Racing' for beat-em-ups
XIII - I remember hearing about this on the PS2 as a kid. Back then I had zero interest in FPS but now it just looks unique enough to pique my interest.

The only problem now is which to play first?
So far BG1 + 2, Planescape and spellforce 1. I love this sale.
I bought the four games on my wishlist: Crusader: No Remorse, Sacrifice, Alpha Centauri and The Last Express.

I considered Nox as well, but then decided I have played enough games with swords and sorcery lately.

I hope I will have time to play them all soon.
Haven bought anything yet since I get my paycheck on friday but I will get :
Realms of the Haunting - I played it like 14 years ago and it was crazy good but i could never remember the game only shortcut RoTh.exe and it toom me a while to find it.
Maybe backup copies of my favorite Rpg games - Fallout, Planescape and Baldurs gate so I wont have to carry cd case with me when I go outside.
I haven't purchased anything yet, but I did suddenly come into a bit of cash, so there'll be something, I'm sure. I'm in no rush though, and will probably wait for the Steam sales to start before making any decisions. I also have a cap on getting maximum five games (+ whatever number of games I beat before the sales end).

Will almost certainly get Fahrenheit.
Also considering getting one or more of Nox, The Longest Journey, Beyond Good and Evil, and Broken Sword IV, first and foremost.
Might also pick up Alpha Centauri and Rollercoaster Tycoon, as they won't boost my backlog, and as such are exempt from the 5-game rule.

I would go for Longest Journey. One of the best adventure games ever. Or alternatively earlier Broken Sword games.

I have the earlier Broken Sword games, so I'm considering getting the fourth to finish the set.

Well the later games are not as good as earlier ones. But you wanna complete the set, by all means.

Indeed, Broken Sword III was pretty balls.
Ultima VII - because it's said to be one of the best WRPGs ever created and as a fan of the genre I just have to give it a try. I admit to not having played any of the Ultimas and I probably only have time and patience enough for one, so I thought I'd go for the most popular (even if it's probably epic in length). I'm not very fond of its inventory management but after playing Divine Divinity I think I can adapt to it. And I like the conversation system a lot. I expect the game to be strong in the story department.

XIII - I tried a few demos of GOG games to see if there was anything else that would catch my interest and this stood out the most for me. I'm generally not much of a FPS player and especially not of they're realistic (the "headshot" feature put me off at first wehn I read about it). But what can I say ... the comic style sold it to me. I guess I'm a graphics whore. :D (Besides, it reminds me a bit of Outlaws, which is one of the few FPS I like.)

Now I'm still pondering over:

- Fallout, Fallout 2 and BG2 (I don't really need them as I already have the German retail versions; I'm just looking for a way to install them on my netbook, and in the case of BG2 only for the purpose of playing BG:ToS with BGTutu, so I'm not sure yet if it's worth paying for them a second time), and

- Advent Rising, Normality, Space Quest 4-6 & Amerzone (I know there recently was a thread to ask for advice on games you're unsure about, but I lost sight of it; I wouldn't want to derail this thread, does anyone remember what the other one was called?)

I was tempted to buy a lot but on the 6th and 7th, I noticed that I already bought way too Much. But 2days later:
- Kingpin came into my Mind as I loved it when I Was young and Naughty
- 6 minutes later I thouhght, damn what I loved much more was BATTLE ISLE, so an additional anstabuy for me. Victory
-and 2Nd, as I don't like to Buy GOGs alone for themselved. Gangland (looks nice, but don't know it) and Populous 2. Jeah, what a day

EDIT: typo

The Fallout games here have nice extras. Just those aren't bad for 3 bucks each.
Not sure but you could always make a new thread.

I bought Gothic 3, although my current rig can barely handle it (but I hope to upgrade it in a few weeks in the next year).
Before the sale will be over I plan to buy all the M&M and HoM&M games. I won't have much money left, if anything, but those were on my must-have list.

Oh, very nice, thanks Ubivis. Can't wait to start playing during the holydays, so many Amiga memories ;)

I just tried to redeem this code but it had already gone. Thank you anyway ;)
I'm a new member, so I bought a couple. Probably too much at once.

Dungeon Keeper

Planescape: torment (I still have the CDs for this game......somewhere)

Age of wonders: Shadow magic (I could never buy this at a store back when it was released)

Heroes 2 (I'll admit, I got this because it is supposed to come with a soundtrack, and I loved H2's soundtrack)

Heroes 3

BG2 (maybe I'll complete throne of baal once and for all. Still have the CDs)

Ultima 7 (My first ever cRPG, and still something I regard as the best RPG I've ever played)

Currently debating if I should get fallout 1 and 2. I loved 2, never played 1, but 2 had some quirks which irritated me back then. Thinking about sacrifice too.
