It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).

Is this idea continued somewhere?

I've found this but it is still not the full list.

I'm looking for the way to check integrity of downloaded files without running / installing them and this was good one.
I have started my own list because I can not find one that includes the extras. Even when I list all the games I own, it will still be a very short list.

My GOG WIki userpage has a more up to date (but still out of date) listing.

I'll pastebin the current ones in moment.

I didn't maintain it because I thought no-one was using it :P

Thanks! :)

Is it possible for you to put it somewhere in pure txt format also? It'd be easier to copy/download.

ZIPs are always easy to check, but these bins and exes are needed to run so md5 is nice to have.

That's what I was planning to do anyway :P

The only thing missing from the pastebin above is "Crusader: No Regret" because I haven't brought it yet (I buy the new releases on Thursday).

I'll modify my downloader to keep this up to date on my (public) server somewhere

EDIT: Made the pastebin not expire.

That's no problem as I have no cash to buy it so I do not need its hash :D

xyem: This is for reference, I haven't checked that everything isn't corrupt! Please let me know if you notice any differences between what you have and what I have posted.

So apparently I can't paste them all here ("You're post is too long") so here is a link:

orcishgamer: I'd actually like to develop a script that crawls out directories versus the latest version of all GOG's stuff. This would help guarantee we aren't missing anything when GOG adds new content or updates an installer. If you want help developing something like this I'd be happy to help, maybe I could do a simple Java or Python script (I know Java way better but I hate to make people install a JVM if they don't have one, guess I could bundle one).

tarangwydion: Sorry for necro'ing this, but can someone help me post the md5 checksums for the 5 .bin files and 1 .exe file of The Witcher 1 (GOG version)? Thanks in advance.
I coded a Python script to find the hashes of files recursively in a folder.

If you want it, PM me (won't allow me to put anything besides pictures in here).

Like rhash?

Darn, seems like there was already something better out there ;).

btw, did someone implement a centralized automated repository for this?

That could potentially interest me.

Thanks for the offer. I wonder if you can go by Pastebin instead of PM, so that other GOGers who need them can also see them?

Why not? I'll see if I can make it even more generic and then post it.

If it had gotten more interest, I would have done it already :P

Hmmm, Pastebin doesn't allow you to make files available, just text...

I'll have to find an alternative. Any suggestions?

If nothing else, I could make it available on my web server I suppose.

Seems like a very useful tool to have.

If nothing else, people who download a game that has been updated by GOG would post a new Hash value for the setup file and other users who check their hash against the repository's most recently posted value would know that their game was updated since last download.

I use Wuala for file hosting. They do require an application that depends on Java, so this may be a deterrent to some.
Boy, they didn't make it easy.

Think I screwed up the name of the project, but anyways, here it is:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/magnitus.u/files/

Edit: Ah, you have to click on the download icon toward the top to have access to the files (guess they wouldn't let me link to the download page directly, that would be too easy).
