Maybe do it like the PC Gamer podcasts get. Have a set of people who are regulars, usually 2-3, then alternate some of the hosts, with no more than 5. That way most everyone is getting a turn, and also you get to see who can be favored.
I try and get into gaming podcasts or reviews whenever possible. When I was 17 G4TV offered me a job, but I couldn't afford to move out to CA to do it, and I've regretted it ever since.
As far as segments go, perhaps the following:
GOG news/releases/upcoming releases
General classic gaming
Modern consoles
Gaming in the news
Weclock's Adventures...errr...community discussion.

I'll join for any religious debates.
I'd most definitely subscribe if Weclock has a part in it.
Depends on the topics but I wouldn't mind helping occasionally.
I'd be up for this as an alternate or what have you. :)

Rohan15: advice letters. =)

Deer someone who i didn't waste the time reading there name .
I have no idea how to fix your fan.
First i want to do know why the hell do you send a letter to someone you don't know asking how to fix your fan!?
What do i think you should do?First find the nearest weapon be it a dagger, knife, sword, pike, spear, mace,i don't care what weapon any weapon will do. Then stab/bash your brain or heart.
Once you have die i will make sure to put your remains to good use as a undead minion working for evil.

Hurrah.

I'm US EST and I'm free pretty much anytime for now.
I would like to contribute also.
ok, how are we going to decide who the regular presenters are?
if it's dibs, i call a spot
otherwise, maybe chuatemoc--being the creator--should choose...?

I'll add anyone that wants to be then decide a couple weeks or so before first episode. If there's enough protest I don't mind a vote. :)
Dibs on regular host as well!
Actually, no. I'll be on a few times, and if it works out I'll probably want to be a regular then.
Also, how are we going to edit it, host it, etc.

Yeah, regulars can sign up tentatively of course (or do that). It could take a few shows before we find the best dynamic. I doubt much trouble though.
I'll edit. There won't be much editing, generally. Host is archive.org. It's beautiful and per chance the player matches GOG. :)
