I'm sorry, but that is silly. You should have learned by now that quietly removing games from the catalog for whatever reason, without saying a word about it, is a
bad idea. I can understand if you are for some reason legally obliged to say nothing about a specific situation, but since you're saying this now, such is obviously not the case. You don't have to know what the eventual outcome of a situation will be, in order to make your customers aware of the situation and the background for it.
You have by now developed something of a reputation for taking away options from your customers without notifying them in any way. At times, it has seemed like you were hoping noone would notice. At other times it has appeared that you just didn't care. One of the most important things you can do regarding your customers is to communicate with them. You were
very good at this in the beginning, but somewhere along the way, it seems to have ceased being a priority. I wish you would make it one again.
