I came back to the game a DAY later. I knew Adalia was at L-1, but the way we were all going, I honestly expected more discussion. We've definitely made up for it today.

@mrkgnao - i've not been ignoring your questions, i believe my posting and my stance make it very clear why I'm doing what I'm doing, but as you asked so nicely...

1) I gave my gradient list and had Hijack as mostly neutral. As I have already stated, he is not my ideal choice for Lynch, but I do think more info can be gained than almost any other lynch.

2) If he flips Town and has a role, it puts Sage in a better light for one.

3) I do apologise that my scum list is different from your good self. Please accept I am just a poor slightly dumb person trying to muddle my way through. I shall stop , and be guided only by those clearly of a higher intellect....;)
I've explained why I think Hijack is a better candidate for lynch.

I'll leave my vote on Vitek for the moment since I believe he's the most likely person to be mafia, but I'll move to Krypsyn in a few days if he's still a likely candidate for a lynch.

And all of it is pretty believable, at least role-wise. There is one thing I'm wondering, though. Considering the Olipsi are infiltrating the Nisk (?) fleet and they are using our own ships, how probably it is for two opposing faction players sharing the same role, to share the same flavor also? Like word for word...

I'm facing a dilemma now. Do I help lynch a vanilla player with the hope he may flip scum and at worst we won't lose a power role or do I help lynch a more mysterious player who almost certainly has a power role and I think he is scum, but I may be wrong? I need to think this through, but I'm starting to think I should have stayed with my original choice.

I assume you implicitly approve of Robbeasy's and trentonlf's answers.

This leaves me with two scenarios which until now I considered as unlikely:
1) Both Robbeasy and trentonlf are town vanilla
2) There is a mafia vanilla

Frankly, I am at a loss now.

If I am to accept the first scenario, my scum list is empty, which forces me to go back and re-evaluate at least Vitek, Krypsyn and HijacK (I believe CSPVG and Sage; I don't really suspect dedo and yogsloth that much).

In order to evaluate the second scenario, I really need to know how many people claim vanilla (I expect nobody will lie about that now), but I'm not sure I want us to divulge that information at this point.

Additionally, I officially give up on attempting to get answers from Robbeasy to such basic questions as "why do you suspect HijacK?", "why do you think more info can be gained from his lynch than almost any other?", "why do you suspect me?", "why do you think HijacK claimed role cop?". Somebody else is welcome to pick up the thread or not. I am tired.

You have dedo as neutral but your listed reasons are everything scum would do to stay out of the limelight. Can you give me more of your reasoning on why you have him as neutral? I have dedo as scum right now and you have not had much to say about him at all, this was one of the reasons I was unsure about you. I was thinking you might not be pointing anything out about him or having to much of a conversation about his actions because he may be a fellow scum

Thanks for the links. I will need to think over my thoughts of Vitek and dedo again. I have the same situation with them as I did yogosloth and adaliabooks. I believe one is scum, but not both.
