But I mostly considered his results genuine. Deranged but genuine.
The thing is, Telika confirms that he indeed visited those people he claimed (on N2 and 3) so he has some sort of role and likely the claimed one considering his targets haven't died or anything and mafia already has some sort of cop.

EDIT: While I wast trying to post this for the milionth time I realised something. CSPVG claimed and told us that Telika was indeed blocked, right? Was it ever questioned that jailkeeper doesn't usually prevents investigations? Or am I remembering it work?

He said he couldn't reach/investigate Telika, supporting nmillar's claim that he had jailed Telika. No, it was never doubted that his investigation would have been prevented by the jailer. Would it or wouldn't it have been prevented? I'm still not completely clear on how night actions get prioritized.

I don't doubt that he has a non-aggressive power (or one that doesn't appear aggressive), I just don't think he has an investigative one. Also, I don't see anything deranged in his claimed results. The idea that he might be an insane cop was one that he himself tried to plant into the game. (Inception)

If I had an informative/non-aggressive mafia role, I'd probably want my fate to be tied to that of someone I know is town (nmillar-jailer). That's how I perceive the timing and uselessness of his claim on day 2.

On the mafiascum wiki it shows that thre is variant of jailer, Alien, which makes victim of jailkeepeing untargettable, but usualy it doesnt happen.

But which one if not investigative? He shouldn't be blocker as no one claimed being blocked by someoen else than nmillar so far and nothing happened to his targets.

What I don't see is the connection between strongman ability and commuter ability and don't understand why you're passing over someone claiming investigator with two wildly different results. From all the people that have claimed so far (maybe apart from P1na), I feel that my claim is the one that has been as verified as it can be (without a flip, I guess). Beyond that, you have a theory that is just that, a theory and I would rather focus on an investigator that claimed out of nowhere, said he's unreliable, gave an an unsatisfying result and then a definitely negative result. But that's just me.

I only ask as I want to know how many votes we'd need to achieve a lynch (If my count is correct, it would be four, no?).

Moving along: I know there has been some discussion about my claim, and I must say that it was indeed slightly silly to claim when I did. I must, however, restate my opinion that I was attempting to help confirm Telika (as, at that point, NMillar suspected him to be a mafia member, as there had been no night-kill), and give another possible explanation as to why there had been no death that night.

As for my supposed ability to negate NMillar's action and investigate Telika in anyway, I can say no more than what I received in my response PM; I went to investigate Telika but his door was locked, so my character simply decided Oh well, better luck next time and walked away. This, I think, lends credence to my suspicions about my role.

These suspicions being, of course, that I am either a deranged or naive Town Cop. When I claimed, my initial reaction was to suspect this, as my role PM mentions me being an old stage magician, and I was dubious about my ability to use hypnotism to extract information from people. While I can see how this could have been done, there was also the mention that one of the other player's suspected me of being something of a charlatan, so I'm not sure.

Also, I'm bothered by something I spotted in my PM. The entire PM is capitalised and punctuated, but for JMich's response, which reads, "no".*

What do you lot think, am I simply making too much of this?

Lastly, and this is going to seem like OMGUS, I suspect flubbucket the most. This is down to his vote hoping, and I feel that he's simply trying to start a train on an easy target (in this case me).
