I'm having a problem with GOG, because they didn't charge my credit card.

I bought some games during the sale (first batch on 12th of December, then on 13th and on 19th) and my credit card was blocked for the sum those games were priced.

But today I discoverd that I have my money again available.

I called my bank and they told me that GOG didn't accept the transaction, so they freed my money.

Now I don't know what's going on - I have games on my shelf, and I wasn't charged for them.

WTF?

I contacted the support and Galimatias, but I have no response yet. Anyone have/had the same problem?

I just got my bank statements for the months since i joined GOG, and there seems to be a discrepancy or two, but I'll have to sit down and go through it properly to work it out. I certainly haven't been charged for anything I haven't received, so that's the main thing :)
Be happy about that! :P

To be serious, after you contact gog support, they will probably remove the games from your account and ask you to buy them again. It's shouldn't be a problem unless you've bought some games from Activision catalogue...

Nope, no Activision titles.

But still, I find very uncomfortable that my games have to be removed from my account.

Well, maybe they will ask you to make money transfer of specific amount, but the gog accountant may not be happy :D

You were expecting response during Christmas time? :o
Not in the office today, but we have a good idea what happened and we should be able to fix this without much hassle on either side. I'll PM you first thing tomorrow, OK?

I can't work out from my bank statement whether I got charged everything I was supposed to or not. If I didn't, PM me :)

Why? If you haven't paid for them yet and all? :\

Yes but other sites have bigger staff working around the clock to solve people's issues. Gog has to keep staff numbers down to keep prices low, dont'cha know. ;)

Ok, now what?

It happened again with the payment for the games I bought on 13th of December.
