csmith: Double Fine seems like a good fit. I was thinking maybe Mojang to bring Minecraft and their future projects to the site. Though I wonder if the "video-gaming
magic" description for the indie developer is a clue?
It COULD be Double Fine, although their PC catalog is
desperately sparse (only including the already-released Psychonauts, along with Stacking, Costume Quest, and Iron Brigade).
The video-gaming
magic clue, on the other hand, could be referring to LucasArts! Loom has magic elements in it, and so does the Monkey Island series (because voodoo is
technically magic).
Could it be two separate clues, TheEnigmaticT? Because if it's ONLY Double Fine, that's only three new games for the GOG.com catalog (because Psychonauts is already on GOG) and a couple of future games, but that's about it.
SLP2000: biggest change = Mac support
Amen to that, although I could foresee including Linux "support" as well (since many Linux users technically do their own support, especially of Dosbox and ScummVM titles).
I'd love to put a few of my GOG.com purchases directly into Boxer from my GOG.com account. That application is absolutely one of my all-time faves, plus it just got a VERY nice and positive review on Ars Technica!
