Well, within time I asked a couple of questions to the GOG support folks but never received an answer. My questions, I have to say, were a bit dull and not so particularly important and they were eventually resolved anyway (a new computer for me, a post here on the forum asking for if the problem was just mine and how it could have been resolved).
Maybe (and I say: maybe) this "support" stuff could be easily addressed with someone just answering to people that yes, they recorded the problem and are working on a solution or whatever....
