Miaghstir: I don't care how you pronounce it (or write it) as long as you use it.
(quoted and slightly changed, from Linus Torvalds, I believe)
That's largely because Lin ux or Line ux, makes no difference because neither pronunciation approximates any portion of his name.
Personally I'm in favor of gOG or when personfiied Mr. Gog.
spindown: Sorry about the silly thread, but I've been wondering why so many people use the capitalization "GoG" instead of "GOG." Good old Games? Why? I've seen it so many times on these forums as well as on other websites like Joystiq, and I can't figure out the reason.
Siannah: In other countries, spelling works a bit different then in the english speaking world (as you should know). For example in german, you not only start a sentence with an upper-case letter, but also all nouns, which is the case for "Games" (again, as you should know). So "Gute alte Spiele" aka "Good old Games" is absolutely correct (aysk) and not all make the switch if they post in english everytime - you may call it adopting habits.
On a sidenote: you guys don't have more important things to worry about? :)
So we should change it to GaS
