You can also steam using a wok, rice cooker or a pot? I usually use a large pot with a stand inside or the rice cooker

Never have Lobster? beautiful meat! I'm also putting one out for Crocodile. I'd also love to try Dog and cat. To see if I like eating next door's annoying pets.

I live to eat so anything goes if it tastes good. There are things I don't particularly enjoy eating and I sure won't go anywhere near any food that has anything to do with spiders though. Other insects I might be convinced too even though I feel uncomfortable around any insect that looks nasty.

Nope :( It is the one type of seafood I still want to try, of which I'm not fan in general (unless it is fried/grilled/baked fish)

Two other things I just thought of:

I've heard that it is possible to prepare a killer catfish, and I'm told that Helmeted Guineafowl is delicious as well. There are tons of them over here, and they are notoriously difficult to cook. There is this joke: "To cook a tarantaal (which is what we call them) put it in a big pot with water and add spices to taste. Before putting the pot on a fire, place a stone brick on top of the tarantaal and close the lid. Place the pot on a fire, and wait for the water to boil. After about 40 minutes, take the pot off the fire, open the lid, throw out the tarantaal and eat the brick."

The thing about fish atleast in the UK is that people tend not to cook it very well. But once you find it perfectly cooked it is absolutely stunning.

Lobster isn't as good as people say it is. I'm allergic now, but when I wasn't, I could put some lobster away. But it still wasn't nearly as good as almost any other meat I've had. But the beauty of lobster is that you get permission to pour butter all over it. That's when it gets good. :)

Saag, if you mean creamed spinach/curry, is cheap and plentiful at any Indian restaurant. Go get some!
Poutine is amazing. But, like anything, different places make it to different qualities.
