Nope, I didn't try to convert you, if I'd do this, I do it quite directly.
I just wanted to make clear, that the abundance of spices on those feast meals is awful, unrelated to the main ingredients. I like meals with a lot of salt, but it's nice to taste something else too.
Regarding your other topic: With enough protein I never had problems with strength in my craft or martial arts and I threw wooden planks and people aound that were a lot bigger and heavier than me all the time. Since there is a v body building world champion and people like
this one, the connection you got there is misinformation. If you don't eat the same amount of protein etc... of vegetable origin you ate before of other origin, of course you'll become weak, most people fail at that at some point, which I don't quite understand, because there's always stuff like kidney beans etc... Of course in the long run you need a bigger variety of food and then you usually extend your usable lifespan a lot compared to the current western habits.
The funny and ironic thing is: My teeth look a lot more carnivorous than the usual human ones, not only the fangs, but then again, the ones of gorillas (also vegan) look even more mean, so it must be for self defense. :D
