Alright, I have issues figuring out a starting point for this, so I've decided to go back and look at the things that I saw were odd for Day 2. Some of these aren't going to be in perfect order, because of references, without a specific target in mind. I'm not really focusing on one thing or another, but just major things that stand out.
Beware: Wall of MFing Text (I swear, I'm not Red Baron with another name).
Well, the first thing talked about ended up being the lack of alignment and roles for p1na's NK. I'm not really sure if it got us anywhere, but the back and forth was kinda interesting, and it was curious to see who was willing to muddy the waters by talking about various roles.
This leads us to Joe's 'Warmup game' and his first comment about pazzer/Quad. I'll be jumping back to this, it seemed to happen pretty often. The warmup aside, the answers were almost, stock. I don't think anyone was going to admit to being interested in killing P1na (Granted, that's also probably WHY he was chosen).
Twister came out with an interesting post. He didn't actually suspect N0x0ss, but instead just didn't want a nolynch. The responce bothers me, because it comes across as 'I don't care, as long as there's a lynch' mentality that comes across more scumish then anything else.
Rob's 451 was a very nice and fairly informative look at the lynchwagon, and Twister's position on the lynch stands out, but I'll get back to this.
Lift and JMich have a quick back and forth about how the mafia decides who to kill, leading to this quote:
Lifthrasil: Turns out I'm not that good at convincing people.
This was jumped on, and off, pretty quickly by Joe, who voted, then wrote out a possible explination (Which Lift agreed with) for the quote before unvoting Lift, writing a bit more about the quote as a back and forth between himself and himself, then prodding Quad to see what he had to say.
Quad jumped in, played Joe's warmup, and didn't really write anything that spoke out. It was a post that basically called out Twister with infrequent posts and a lack of content, and that he'd check back at the previous day and posts, and admitting that p1na would have been his second choice.
I could have quoted Flubb on 465 for what I was tempted to write in that last paragraph...
We then had a decently constructed case against Quad (except for the vote number three part, it wasn't bad actually) by Flubb, which was also the first vote of the day (Yes, imagine that).
Quad tried to defend himself as he and Flubb were also explaining a few ideas to people (I'm trying to make some of this brief ok?)
Then Twister came and voted for Lift, stating that he felt that the experienced players were his new target the way he was talking about them, and that he kept switching. I'll be honest, this might be more from Day 1, but it's odd that he waited to do so. I'd have killed here for a bit more details, post numbers, quotes, something to be able to look into this one deeper.
Lift puts a vote on Twister, followed quickly by Rob, expressing that Twister had used a thin reason for voting for Lift, and that it was looking suspicious.
Twister then makes a post that, looking back, I'm kind of interested in.
TwisterBE: I don't think new pieces of data appear. I think you make them appear and throw them in the group, hoping someone else is picking up on it.
I'm not fixated on you, but right now I have no reason to vote on someone else.
Now, speaking as the ever loving Bard, new pieces of information tend to be uncovered and they do appear as deductions are made, cases are crafted, and defenses parrying those cases are used.
As for the fixated line, I'm going to refer to a later post, led by a question I asked about if Twister suspects anyone else.
TwisterBE: I'm keeping my eye on everyone of course :')
Yeaaahhhhhh, I'm going to be frank here, but I'm calling a degree of BS on the 'Not fixated'. By this point, most of us had others that we were suspicious of. It does come across as a fixation for getting Lift lynched, which strikes me as, quite odd.
Joe voting for Quad...actually, I'll come back to this, I need to hit a later responce first.
I'm interested in Quad coming up with a link to a role that 'cleaned' the information from an NK. That's actually something quite interesting. Normally in 3rd party situations I'd say that we should look a bit closer, but I'm not sure what we should be doing in this regard. I'm kinda suspicious here though, I wouldn't have even known to look to look for it (and it's not on the main list either).
SPF voting for Quad after some light re-reading, stating that he agrees with Flubb's reasoning.
CSPVG gave us a very nice and detailed list about his Top Four Scummiest. I like this, I will be coming back to it and quoting a whole section too!
A bit more talk about the LAL discussion from Day 1, referencing the previous game.
Gonna sidestep Joe again...I'll try to make this worth it.
Some more discussion on p1na...a bit odd doing it at that stage though.
Quad made a comment on him not putting out his top 4 scummiest...quick scanthrough shows that he has YET to follow through on that too.
There was a bit of discussion about p1na's death, as a way of trying to get an idea of how the mafia might be comprised, veteran players, newbies, who might dominate it.
Twilight was then stupid enough to not read, I dropped the ball and then tried to field goal kick (American Football), the fucker out of stupidity when I saw JMich's post about noting a possible power role, as I thought he was talking about some other piece of information. I can't brain today, I have the dumb.
Then we sorta meandered about, and then Twister made his edit, which has been jumped on, repeatedly.
(Breaking this up into two parts...no clue why it's not posting otherwise)
