You didn't take part in this part of the round. So you earned nothing, and lost nothing.
Unless you go make that puzzle.

That you did so 20 tickets, and 5 tickets extra for checking the answers with mine and telling me if you got any wrong.

I got 10 wrong :D
I've got 18 right.
Could you explain the question 2 and 19, please?
17 of my answers were correct.

#2
- B and D can't be functions because of y^2. For a function, each x goes to a unique y. With y^2, y can be a positive or negative number and give the same result.
- I'm not sure about why A is not, I'm assuming because of the extra value in the range.
- C has each domain value going to exactly one range value and multiple domain values going to the same range value is OK. Since C was definite, I went with it.

#19
From the chart we see log10(6.8) = 0.8325 and log10(6.9) = 0.8388, but we need log10(6.85), so if you average the two values from the chart, you get 0.83565 rounding to 0.8357 (C)

At least, that's how I got my answers.

Yes, B and D were definitely not a function for the reason you explain. I had doubts between A and C, and finally choose A.

I didn't know what to do in this one, so rounded 6.85, resulting in 6.9 and looking for the log10(6.9)
I got 19 correct, screwed up on #2.
I got 17 right LOL :D guess i'm not as stupid as i look:P
