So am i. Life is so much better now that ive left. And i learn more at home in a day than i did during a week of school.

Oh Jesus. I am not looking forward to taking the AP Physics C exam next month.
Or the other 6 AP tests I'm taking.

Gah...Final exams aren't my sort of thing even though I do good on them. (Got 24 on the ACT last summer.....I was in the 8th grade, didn't have a stupid calculator (facepalm), and didn't know REAL algebra. Didn't know any of the rules of equality, and didn't even know what quardratic meant...Pretty good or Pretty Bad?
Anyways enough bragging, I would like to add that I want a career as a writer and for some reason I'm going to college as in full four-year college plan (all I want to besides write is to work in the videogame business)

I'm afraid I can't join you in that depression. I scored 92% in my last exam about a month ago.

With me, I average 55-70% on exams but on practical assignments I average in the 85-95% range. I clearly don't test well but am equally clearly capable of kicking everyone else's arse at the real work

So the trick is to find courses that are graded more on practicals than exams. Which isn't as easy as it sounds. :P I'm normally not so hot on exams too. So I was especially happy with that one.

Anyway, finished my math exams. Were not so bad as my German one, but I haven't finished all the tasks and I am sure I got them all wrong.
Ah well, I got free till next Thursday. I'll be writing Latin then. Something I am best at.

When I read stuff like this I wish I was some kind of expert on life who could offer the perfect piece of advice. I'm not (understatement of the year), but still...
I know life sucks for you right now. But as time passes it'll become better. It will probably be a few months, but one night, you'll be heading to bed, and suddenly realize that you've gone the entire day without thinking about her once.
In the meantime you should take care of your sister, play some GOGs, be active and do stuff. And don't worry, life will be good again. :-)

Fever? That does suck indeed. Girl leaving? Meh, you'll feel like shit, then you'll want her back, then you'll want to kill yourself and then you'll be all right again. 'cause that's just what girls do to even most reasonable and sensible guys - is this your first break-up?
I hate to throw advices on life all around me, but I know when my first girl broke up with me, I just wanted to do ANYTHING to get her back, hoping I'll make it work again. If that thought crosses you, grab it by it's tail, throw it to the ground and stomp it, stomp it good so it doesn't return, 'cause that's a baaaad, baaaad thing. I know quite a few people who got ruined by 'Can we stay friends?'

Erase the girl thing... Apparently we'll still be together, but if I do something she does not like, we'll be done for good. Thats the second time she does this thing. Can't blame her for the first, maybe she was not sure I could be trusted (although everyone of our mutual friends told her she can trust me with her life, but still...), but this time...
I am stunned, and will leave things to calm down a little, I guess.
Still, that does not change the way I've been feeling the last few weeks, probably I am still in a shock of what my sister could have done. Worst of all, I can't see her for another week or so, currently I am in a different city because of exams with my university.
About that "point" thing... Most of the things I've been doing since the incident with my sister have been like... "Okay, I will do this. Not that I really want to do it, or have any inspiration to do it better, but I'll do it." I guess I am afraid that all I do is in vain now.
As for the talk that this period will pass, I think it will, but it somehow helps me feel a little better when I write about it. I had a period like this, few years ago, it lasted few months. This will probably last few months too, but still...
I freaking hate it when things like this happen!
