supersoldier93: well I'm not saying jump strait to Dreamcast or PS1, they would never do that (the companies). I'm saying start smaller like the Atari 2600 for games for like $0.50 or something. then work up towards the other stuff. but overall i would love to see up to the fifth generation consoles (PS1 and N64) on here. I actually have emulators for all the games i legally own, and good thing too because a storm went threw my house and ruined most of my electronics like my old consoles. with a digital distributor, that wouldn't be too much of a problem. that way I could have a copy of Einhander or Ghost in The Shell on a legal PS1 emulator (which neither of those games are on the PSN) since I payed for them but for obvious reason they won't work anymore.
The main problem is accuracy, BSNES does a fine job, but it requires a fairly recent computer to run. Atari 2600, NES and SMS could be done, but I don't know of any projects where they have emulated those accurately.
Personally though, I'd rather have arcade games if at all possible as those are typically hard to find legally. I can dump my own carts, but trying to get an arcade game is quite a bit more challenging.
