Hmmm, it ran pretty fine on my not so powerful PC back there.

With my old Athlon X2 3800, 2GB RAM and a 8800GTS i could max it out easily with smooth framerates. And that wasn't a too powerful PC, even at that time.

Runs well at 1600x900, medium/high settings on my Core 2 Duo E4500, 2GB Ram and 9600GT.

Whats your PC's specs? Try turning down anti-aliasing etc. see if it helps.

i5 3210M processor
8GB Memory
Intel HD 4000 - can run Skyrim at decent fps.

OS is Windows 7 64 bit. On the lowest settings, World At War runs like shit. My machine should be able to handle the game so it seems the game just hates my machine.

Yes, if you lower all the settings, you can play Skyrim at around 30 fps with the Intel HD 4000. The Intel HD 4000 isn't bad.

I was shocked too. The Intel HD 4000 is not like the other integrated crap out there. I should be able to play World At War, aarrgggrhrgh!!!

This guy says he is getting around 45 fps with the Intel HD 4000.
