Hey guys and girls. What are your favorite rogue-likes? My would be Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup, ADOM and Cataclysm DDA. Certainly these are the best. Mainly DCSS and CDDA since I cannot play ADOM full-screen and Noteye has huge lags.

I also cannot decide whether I like new TOME or not, Brogue seems nice with its features but I prefer longer Roguelikes. Caves of Qud was also really nice and great world and features, but it felt kind of pointless after a while, for some reason. Doom rogulike is also fun, but somehow is not something I did played a lot. Angband is boring and tedious with procedurally generated dungeon levels every time you enter them... Killing 40 O on the screen is not something I would call interesting and immersing. I like Liberal Crime Squad concept but the combat was not so interesting and tactiacal ,and that is what I enjoy the most. Also it had some bugs. I liked Rogue Survivor, but sadly it is not in progree right now and I think it has been abandoned. But I discovered CDDA after that :)

Overall : 1. DCSS and 2. CDDA i guess / ADOM

Transcendence (http://transcendence.kronosaur.com/) isn't exactly a roguelike (not turn-based), but I shoehorn it into the category anyway. I recommend starting with the cargo ship, as the auto-targeting laser makes it easier to get going.

Aside from that, TOME4 is easily my favorite.
While I like kinda-like-roguelike games, I have never really gotten into actual Rogue-clones. But the one that attracted me the most was the Minecraft-inspired Wayward.
I can't say I'm big expert on that genre, or that game I'll name fit into that genre, but Dungeon of the Endless seems to be my recent favorite. Okay, "recent", I've been playing it since it appeared in early access.
FTL seems fine piece of fun too. Other games spins around, but I can't pick up one.
Sounds like you've gone through quite a few of the games (or listed them).

My favorite... I'm not really sure, most of them are just a little too hard unless you're really anal with playing as defensively and kiting like a bastard as much as possible. ToME has been rather fun as of late since i got it, although i've played far more of ADOM than any other.

I can't decide...

Actually I played a lot more rogue-likes :) I guess I probably played about 20 - 30 more than that, but these I just found the best. There is also Elona, but I only played it a couple of minutes. If anyone is interested in good rogue-likes, as far as I know Elona also counts as one. I played Transcendence, but only for a while - it seemed interesting.

But I did not heard of Wayward or Dungeon of the Endless before. I must check them.
Can't believe nobody said yet Dungeons of Dredmor.

Or, to go further back in history, the Ancient Cave in Lufia 2 (SNES).

This this this, just so much this. All the classic goodness of a Roguelike, but with a proper interface so you can actually see things.
Elona is a good one, a bit more forgiving than most. Parts are heavily inspired by ADOM.

Then there's the Doom Roguelike. It's very easy to learn.
Another vote for Dredmor here.

How about Unreal Worlds

Ashamed to admit, but I forgot the name.
My votes would go to DoomRL, for being one of the most newbie-friendly roguelikes ever coded whilest still having a ton of tactical depth, and Cataclysm DDA,definitely, for being uh... not quite so newbie friendly, but being so deep and content-rich it's hilarious.
