It depends on who converts who to what side though, doesn't it? Activision aren't exactly skint. If GOG's terms offended them they could aggressively buy out CD Projekt and either turn GOG into a bigger publisher whore than Steam. Or close them down just out of spite. It wouldn't be the first time, after all.
TheCheese33: They do care about older titles, because many of their arcade classics will be going into that new Microsoft arcade thing on PC and 360. Also, it would be a good thing if they came, because that would mean they would have to play ball with GOG's rules.
I'm willing to bet that's more out of interest in the 360 though. But at least they acknowledge their back catalogue, unlike some major publishers we could name.
