Navagon: The other games have been re-released at the same time, yes. But Planescape was one that Atari never has sold. They never bought the rights to it from Interplay and there's some speculation as to whether or not that's because Hasbro don't want games sold with such an old rule set.
So, effectively neither publisher has the right to sell the game. Interplay don't have the D&D license. Atari don't have the copyright to Torment.

Planescape is a D&D setting and ATARI's D&D license covers everything about D&D including all its settings (Planescape, Forgotten Realms, Ravenloft, Eberron etc.). Also as I said the CD projekt polish rerelease of Planescape: Torment from last summer sports Atari logo.
