First Hard Truck: Apocalypse and now A.I.M. 2, come on GOG, why does Steam get all the good stuff of recent old games?

Meh, even Steam is late. GamersGate had it for a significantly longer time. 1C could, however, bring more of their games here, like Death to Spies, Elven Legacy, King's Bounty: Warriors of the North, Men of War, Necrovision and the Star Wolves sequels.

Technically 1C is late in bringing it to Steam.
Is it any good BTW?
GG has it or HAD it?

Okay, so why didn't it come up when I went there myself?

Fucking flouride in the water, I'm telling you people it's all because of that!

BTW thanks AFnord. I'm not pushing $20 for it but it's nice to know it's there, AND DRM free, or as DRM free as GG gets.

Still better than €20 (~$27).
I bought it on GMG but it wouldn't stop crashing every 5 minute so I "returned" it when I made some other purchase.
It probably has to do with the fact that the game only has 14 votes on the GOG wishlist. EDIT: At least partially.

Need I remind you about Pinball World's whooping 9 votes?
I've been massively curious about the AIM games for a while now. I have the appallingly bad AIM Racing from the 1C Publisher Bundle a few years ago (back when I was giving Steam a fair chance), but keep hearing good things about the actual AIM games.

So I've just bought the AIM 1 + 2 boxset new off eBay.

That's why I added in "At least partially". I know that GOG has rejected games at least partially due to lack of votes. I'm not saying this game doesn't belong on GOG, I just know that to an extent they consider how the number of votes could relate to sales here.

If they're seriously rejecting games on the basis of lack of votes, then they really need to reconsider their curation policy. While there is a select few games that would see considerable success on GOG due to the tremendously high number of votes (like System Shock 2 did), other games don't necessarily lack votes because they are bad or disliked. Many of them are simply obscure and unknown to the larger body of gamers and, speaking for myself, it's always the obscure ones I've never heard of that interest me the most (generally, if it's a game I want and like, I already have it on disc).

It seems crashes is still common in this game and I can't recall if I managed to get it to run at 1080p and since I don't own it anymore I can't test it again. There are sources on the net indicating only 1024x768 is possible so I'll hold off for now.
