FLASH DEALS:great new offers every 40 minutes
Isn't this false advertising? None of the Flash deals have been new for at least 48 hours now, possibly longer.

1. Not existing before; made, introduced, or discovered recently or now for the first time.
2. Already existing but seen, experienced, or acquired recently or now for the first time.
The first definition would mean they should all be new, but the second definition would allow them a get out clause. As they could say that some people would be seeing these games on sale for the first time, which to them, would be a new game. I'm sure there are other definitions that could also be used to protect them as well.
