ahmedshaltout: could it be because we have daylight savings in our country but at an international level the global clocks seem to not believe that we have daylight savings here so i had to set my pc's clock manually and not sync it with internet time so it's acting weird?
Yes, that would cause the problem. Your computer, as far as it is aware, is in your "normal" time zone of UTC+2 (assuming your stated country is accurate). The front page uses that information to calculate how much time remains, but by manually adjusting your clock, it is one hour ahead of what the time zone suggests it should be.
You need to change your computer's time zone to something that is currently UTC+3 without dayling savings time (or UTC+2 with daylight savings time) to get the right calculations (and if Wikipedia is to be believed, you need to switch it back to normal during Ramadan).
That last bit, by the way, is probably why your computer doesn't allow automatic DST - I assume you're using Windows, and I don't believe it can support that kind of rules.
