foxworks: Morning, afternoon, evening all :) Time to check what GOG splashed all over their front page!

EDIT: Never mind, I'm saved! :D

HypersomniacLive: I'm bored and sleepy. ;-D

And morning to you too!
Well, I hope the sleepiness amounts to some rest. Wishful thinking, like this sale doing something....exciting.ヽ( ´¬`)ノ

So you already have everything from the front page then? Hopefully there will be some more games that haven't been on Flash sale yet starting from tomorrow for folks that feel that one week is way too long to rehash the same games on the promo. ;)

Yes, I'm starting to feel like Sinistar. :/
All right....10 of 12 bundles complete, 33 games up for the sale.

If I can break 50, I'm upgrading the sentence to "collecting the everloving crap out of some games".

Ya know....when I was a kid, I didn't have a lot of cash. Game buys were pretty rare and trips to the video store for rentals were frequent. (3.49 for a day and a half was still cheaper in the short-term than 50 dollars at a time. Also, kiss my ass, Blockbuster, I am so happy you're out of business. Buncha frigging thieves.)
But now, years and years and YEARS later, I can buy boatloads of games, even while still not having a lot of money. Hell, I can save enough doing this that I have extra to give gifts to people here and there, put smiles on a few faces where I can. Overall, it's pretty damned sweet.

(And yes, I know I sound like such a frigging upbeat cheerleader....totally going to blame this entire statement on the coffee and lack of sleep later.)

Soccorro:
I disagree. While my shelf here is embarrassingly full for the brief time I have been a member here, there are plenty of games I would have picked up had my pockets been a little deeper this past week. Alas, I will be blowing a frightening amount of money on Nintendo products this weekend, so I have to maintain a metered approach to this sale. If I grab too many things at the start, I might not be able to pick something surprising up at the end. I might end up missing things altogether using this tactic, but I'd rather be safe than sorry come the end of the sale.

You did realize we did just see a new one just now. I wouldn't be surprised if we see 1 or 2 more today. Forget about tomorrow.
I haven't bought anything. I'm just here to hang out.
So who's missed what game(s) from the past week?

It is kind of amusing if you think about it, that when things stalled due to only one game keaning really hard in the insomnia promo everyone was in the tracker thread eagerly anticipating what would come next even it took up half their day. While here, there is also a chance of one or two new games popping from among the ones that are being recycled in the flash deals.

Yet there is no anticipation or excitement for a new flash deal from the collective keaning that is happening now. I guess its due to the fixed timer mostly, if the flash deals had a randomized timer then surely things would have been way more interesting :)

Aye, randomizing the length of each would have been a fun spin of thing.

Have you perchance heard of the game Nox?

Yes. I bought it last year during the holiday sale. I love it.
If its like yesterday, the new ones came every other, so next after Journeyman Project could be new...

IAmSinistar: Maybe it's because I already own most of the games, but this sale seems, well, dull now. I've been spoiled by GOG's more engaging sales, I suppose, since sales aren't necessarily required to be enduringly entertaining across their entire run.
I'm actually a little more engaged in this than I have been previous sales like the Insomnia sales, because GOG keeps tossing in the occasional new entry among the flash sale repeats.
