Gotta agree with several posters above, but my $0.02 anyway:
* Fixing the forum would change water into wine... no wait, that's not water, it is piss. Anyway, I just want to focus that they shouldn't get rid of this forum's aesthetic while doing so. It is very pleasing visually, when compared to most forums I see elsewhere with lots of images, avatars that take 20% of screen real state, forum signatures that take a dozen lines (and show up on every post so they get old real fast when you're following a back-and-forth between a couple users), blinking or moving text (there is a reason the BLINK and MARQUEE tags were deprecated from HTML). In fact the idea elsewhere appears to be that every single line should contrast everything else; meanwhile here the minimalist aesthetic is very soothing to the eye. So either they fix this forum or create another that emulates this design, whatever is simpler.
* Tied to the first point: getting rid of spam should be a priority. There have been plenty of suggestions on how they could accomplish this ever since the spambot attacks escalated so I think I don't need to say much here.
* We desperately need a NEWS ARCHIVE page instead of relying on the community to fill the gap. Speaking of which, thanks to JackKnifeJohnson, _Auster_ and solar_dome for their unpaid work. And while (in my imagination) Gog are at it, they could also fix whatever stupid algorithm messes up the navigation by sometimes causing the links to the previous and next news post follow a completely chaotic order, making it impossible to navigate through all News by just clicking the links to the previous news post.
* Adequate separation of demos and full games in our libraries. In fact, why is there a need to attach a demo to an user's library instead of just downloading the demo from the gamecard's page?
* Better ways to manage our libraries, including the possibility to remove demos or even games one might regret having purchased /redeemed.
* I miss Gogmixes. They could come back at last.
* Improving the version parity between the Galaxy build and offline build is essential to a store that doesn't claim to be DRM-free just out of lip service. Also, if Gog could force lazy publishers to reduce the "second-class" treatment that would be great.
* Removing the DRM from CDPR's titles would do wonders to restore the userbase's confidence in their commitment to DRM-freedom. This anniversary would be a great occasion to do it and give us reason to celebrate.
* Lastly, DRM-free good games — be they old or new — are always welcome. Getting highly-desired highly-voted stuff from big publishers who never played ball or started ignoring Gog, plus amazing indies, would certainly be appreciated.
Leroux: We all know that owning a printer is sure to attract false friends or even lovers who are only after the paper. LOL I got that reference.
Thankfully I wasn't drinking anything or you'd owe me a new keyboard :P
