My BMI probably suggests I am seriously overweight, but everyone who sees me, including the doctor, says it is lying in my case somewhat. I guess I am still somewhat "athletic" even though I don't actively go to gym at the moment.
However, nowadays I'd say I am somewhat overweight, ie. I could definitely lose some from the waist area. Otherwise I wouldn't care much but my best suit I use in the weddings, funerals etc. is too tight on the waist area. I can barely close the button on the trousers but then I will feel quite uncomfortable.
So either I'd need to buy a new suit (at least trousers), or lose some weight. Damn me for buying the suit when I was in a very fit condition, I wasn't thinking ahead!
I don't feel I eat that much and I do eat lots of veggies, and I very rarely drink alcohol nowadays, nor do I eat candy much anymore either. Heck I even eat an oat meal every morning, plus an apple and sometimes a banana. So I guess I could mainly just halve my portions and do more exercise. Yeah yeah I occasionally go to McBurger or Subway like once a month or so, so sue me.
