Oh yeah, this is where I want to go for medical advice. :P
I'm going to liberate my mom's slow cooker that she never uses this weekend. Hoping to make some healthy food in it. Can't eat glorious French toasties each day :P

If only it was as easy as in GTA:SA :-\

Fairfox: Yo.

So are you happy with your weight? Are you too fat? Are you too thin? Are you just right? Do you care? Do you not care (s'different from indifference, y'know)? Are you actively trying to lose weight? If so, are you succeeding? Failing? Somewhere in teh middle?

Are you dieting? Are you exercising? Are you doing it alone? Support? Do you have a fat family? Do you have a thin family? Do you find it all difficult? Easy? Are you addicted? Do you hate it?

Looots of questions. I mean... looots of questions?

But yah... expand! Someee peeps go their whole lives struggling with weighties, and I don't just mean the physical side, obvs. Do you have any mental conditions alongside it, if so? Binge eating? Anorexia? Bulimia? Stress? Fatigue? If so, moar side-conditions of this? Expand, expaaand, expaaaaaand! But possibly not your waist (well, apart from me, mebbe), lolzer.
i used to bodybuild competitively, so yes i do care very much. that said, these days i prefer to stay fit and good shape more than worry about muscle mass. i currently ride my bike three times a week, lift twice a week (one day lower, one day upper). i eat clean most days with the occasional injection of chipotle and/or thai green curry, and my family is thin with the exception of my grandma's cousin who is/was morbidly obese and lives on welfare (havent seen him in like twenty-something years tho).

Fairfox: But yah... expand!
A thread about weight, you may want to rephrase that part ;p
I'm fat. I'm very happy with it.
Most of it comes from beer and other alcoholic beverages. Also, I don't eat healthy. Again, I'm very happy with that.
I don't excercise but I'm naturally fit, even though fat. Yes, you can envy me. Strong, healthy, and fat. Did I mention I'm happy with that? I am.
I tend to lose a lot of weight during summertime especially if I bartend. Heat, a lot of work, and no time to really eat. Also other typical Greek island activities. But I also tend to immediately regain said lost weight when I'm back to my natural routine: doing nothing. I'm a happy man.

Fairfox: What is your BMI?

How much importance do you (being GOGie peeps generally) place on BMI? Archaic and outdated? Important? A rough guide? Do you know what BMI is? Moar questions!!11oneon

17.5 is teh point in regards to anything below being anorexic. Obvs peeps can be under and not anny, but you has to be that and has a diagnosis (unless it changed with teh figures). I think Imma like 16.8 currently.
What is BMI? Just kidding, I know, I just don't care enough to know mine. :D
I have an awesome six-pack. Haven't seen him since 1998, but I'm sure his doing well.

Noooooo! :)
I'm slight above too thin and I'm happy with my body but I would like to be more flexible and have more stamina. No food disorder although I'm in the process of changing my diet to a more optimal one (not that I eat unhealthy, it's just that I would like to make sure to get all those nice vitamins and minerals through non-processed foods or pills). I hear fasting is good too and that is something I look forward to as I can go hours without food without it bothering me (sleep OTOH.. let's just say if I ever want become insane, I know what I would avoid to get there..) plus when you finally get to eat then you are super happy just to get something simple.

My physical exercise is bare minimum, all I do is yoga 20 minutes a day plus some 7-minute all round training because a little is better than nothing or some such, but I'm thinking of increasing that too, I would like to have more energy, have access to an easy exercise plan as it burns stress effectively and a balanced physical exercise helps against old diseases which scares me far more than death.

Anyone else here that is interested in physical exercise but has no interest in a gym? I don't know but I find exercise personal endeavor, I like the solitude.
