How about the awful metric system?

Actually, how about both, and not converting measurements? (I hear this led to the loss of some space vehicle, or at least an emergency situation.)

Death due to game glitch or crash/softlock?

Glitch. At least a glitch can be avoided if you can figure out what caused it. Figuring out how not to replicate a soft lock can be more problematic if you have to restart the game (or your system) every time it happens.

Spiderman or God of War?

Spiderman. Ares should never be dethroned.

Rick and Morty or Regular Show?

I don't really see the difference between putting something in a box or building a fence around it.

MALOR or MAHAMAN? (For those not familiar with those spells, the former lets you teleport anywhere, while the latter is the Wizardry equivalent of Wish, capable of producing powerful effects (including reviving multiple characters) at the cost of a level.)
