JMayer70: Hi
Just fishing for opinions here, will Windows 11 cause some GOG titles, espeically the older titles, to have problems until GOG get around to re-tooling everything to work with W11? Or do you think there will be little or no issues?
Thanks!
pds41: There were a tonne of threads on this when 11 was announced.
General consensus is that no, it's very similar under the hood to 10 (basically, think a feature update) and that there's no point worrying until it has been released and people have real life experiences using it.

nightcraw1er.488: and from moving to 64bit.
pds41: Remember that they're only stopping producing an x86 version of the OS (as fundamentally all modern PCs have x64 processors). Most people are already running x64 versions of Windows 10 - and x86 programmes work via the WoW64 layer without any problem.
Yep, I am aware. There are a few issues with the move to 64bit though. I note some installers for instance refuse to work, no problem as you can extract yourself.
