eksasol: Banned because I mainly get my calcium from greens. Although I also eat copious amount of diary, but only derived from grassfed raw milk. This will not make some people happy, but I also avoid almond and coconut milk, which has much added insoluble calcium (ie. tricalcium phosphate) which is damaging to cardiovascular health.

Banned because I never have. I have always gotten stomachache, bloating and flatulence from pasteurized milk/diary throughout my entire life, I thought this to be caused by lactose intolerant, but it is not. I never gotten any of these problem with raw, in fact, it is the key to healing my back injury after being rear ended in a car a couple years ago. I don't eat or drink CAFO products (mostly), if you drink raw CAFO milk you would probably die, which is why it has to be pasteurized so it doesn't kill you. PS. My family have a minor history in livestock and we used to run a CAFO chicken farm.
