Maighstir: And please make sure May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December, January, February, and March foolery are likewise disabled.
sunshinecorp: What about Undecimber and Duodecember?
I don't mind at all that a couple gits named Julius and Augustus got months named after them. However, I
do mind that they got shoved right in the middle so that the months named after the numbers "seven", "eight", "nine" and "ten" (or rather "septem", "octem", "novem", and "decem") got positions 9, 10, 11, and 12.
Now, my Latin is quite rusty, is duodecem 12 or 20? I assume it's 12, or undecem wouldn't make any sense.
I have to go check my old basic Latin book. (where the fuck is it?)
