Rather than complaining here on the forum where no one can really do anything for you why not contact GOG?

As per the original message, I understood he has already contacted the support, and they said they can't find any sign (records) of his account having bought said games.

This is indeed a rather interesting case as this "new" account seems to be created in 2015 (five years ago), and no reply from the OP to whether or not he/she/it has e.g. the email receipts for his/her/its games.

If I'd have to guess, the OP is just remembering wrong and the games were bought on some other account (has happened before, like that one guy who claimed here some games had disappeared from his account, but later he remembered he had actually bought said games on his "wife's" account...). But who knows for sure. Those email receipts would be a clear proof from him that he has bought the games using that account.

Yeah, you're probably right. Those email receipts would go a long way here - also downloading those offline installers would have saved him some trouble as well.

Oh well - c'est la vie I guess.
