This is indeed a rather interesting case as this "new" account seems to be created in 2015 (five years ago), and no reply from the OP to whether or not he/she/it has e.g. the email receipts for his/her/its games.
If I'd have to guess, the OP is just remembering wrong and the games were bought on some other account (has happened before, like that one guy who claimed here some games had disappeared from his account, but later he remembered he had actually bought said games on his "wife's" account...). But who knows for sure. Those email receipts would be a clear proof from him that he has bought the games using that account.
