that's what happened when I had your user style applied to bypass the chatbot and bring back the support form. Presumably they'll either make the form directly open tickets in the new system, or they'll also ditch the new system. I'd prefer the latter if they're not going to give us
any way to track what our tickets are about. Still, the lack of chatbot is a step in the right direction.
