The Blackwell games missing is known to the community, but that doesn't mean staff are aware or doing anything about it specifically.

But the forms and the new ticket system seem not to be fully integrated. Yesterday I tried to open a new ticket and the old ticket tracking system immediately closed it and marked as solved. At the same time I got an email from the new ticket system with a different ticket ID number, which I assume is the one that's going to be properly processed later on. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yeah, that's what happened when I had your user style applied to bypass the chatbot and bring back the support form. Presumably they'll either make the form directly open tickets in the new system, or they'll also ditch the new system. I'd prefer the latter if they're not going to give us any way to track what our tickets are about. Still, the lack of chatbot is a step in the right direction.
