SmollestLight: Deadly Premonition :D
there a reason why
X-COM: Enforcer.

The game is mostly terrible, but I still had fun playing it for some reason....

InSaintMonoxide: Pit Fighter would be a prime example in my opinion.

Rsgames246: and whys that
Because it's extremely awkward to play but so over-the-top cheesy that it's just instantly likeable.

Low budget doesn't = bad. For the budget they had, they managed to nail the Twin Peaks Influence while still making a pretty competent gameplay experience. It's not their fault most people weren't aware of Twin Peaks or/and were fed a diet of triple A games that were polished but had no depth beyond 'yo, look at this shiny thing!'

As for the topic...

XIII Remake is probably some of the best laughs I've had on stream, but in no way deserves anyone's money. America's Top 10 Most Wanted takes this title. Where else can you fistfight two of the biggest threats to the western world to a soundtrack provided by THREE members of So Solid crew?

Rsgames246: There are millions of games across all platforms that suck but what are the ones that suck so bad there good
Daikatana - The game that got hyped to hell and back by it's dev team, it had numerous bugs and a somewhat clichéd plot. Still, with the unofficial patches most of the bugs got ironed out & with manual saves turned on(via options)/companions managed properly the game becomes a somewhat decent game.

(well * semi-spoilers* minus the subpar boss fight at the end anyways *end spoilers*)

The Atlantis games which looked nice when they originally came out but you would need a walkthrough for some of the more silly puzzles. They often go on sale for a cheap price.

The botched PC port is what makes it bad.

It also highlights the flaws in controller config programs when it comes to swapping or locking axis, including steam controller where you had to pull some trick with the dpad settings because the game had swapped around what the joystick does.

I don't see how 'so bad it's good' factors into 'bad pc port' in all honesty. A bad port is just a bad port, I don't think anyone has went 'this port is so bad it's good!' you know?

Oh, I loved the Twin Peaks Influence for sure. I am not saying it was bad because low budget. But many people don't know Twin Peaks. So, a lot remember it as "that one game that was so terrible it turned out to be hilarious".

Whaaat?! Now I'm angry!
"You know, this is...excuse me... a damn fine cup of coffee."
Phantasmagoria 2: A Puzzle of Flesh

It's hilarious in "The Room" kind of way.

Some of the best WTF-moments in an FMV game ever.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YBa1es1gvT0

I would like to add NightCry, Night Trap and Gabriel Knight 2 to the list. Some very funny and weird moments if these games.
Soldier Of Fortune Payback, terrible game but capped at 120fps; the physics completely breaks in the most hilarious way possible, any framerate higher and the entire game breaks though.

Rogue Warrior also comes to mind purely for the god awful dialogue and the "iconic" credits song.

Both of these are very short at about 2-3 hours each so that helps.
