Sorry, but I would quibble on your definition of 'censorship'. If you're preventing posts or retrospectively deleting them, you are censoring them. You're not necessarily wrong in doing so, but it's totally censorship - wikipedia link provided because you're too stupid to look that up (sarcasm :) - I'm just sourcing definitions for my argument).
There's lots of other examples, preventing publication of child pornography is censorship, few would debate the morality of that. Personally I'm totally with your new rules, and I like what you're doing here. It's censorship and I like it.
