Right, Scarecrow! A certain moment with that guy reaches absolute brilliance, imo!
I'm sure you have already guessed which one I'm talking about... ;)
I agree on this, too. Unlike in Asylum, it felt a bit like a not-so-big, empty box needed to connect the "useful" areas. Also, all those Riddler's collectibles (the only attractive in the City, it seems) were a chore, not a fun challenge.
