Easy - you downvote it and than there's a button "report as spam" - click on that.

WE wouldn't spam the crap out of the Forums! The support consists of human beings who do not only work on your problem but also on those of others! Besides, it's Holidays!

The reporting of spam is working, you can tell by the number after the titles. Think it takes 5 reports to autodelete.

adaliabooks: I think that means enough other people reported it that it got deleted... it's hard to tell because there are so many but none of them are grey (to say I've read them) so they must be getting deleted.
I started reporting from the back of the queue, the threads stay grey, so apparently not enough reports yet on that end :)
