If i was an admin or moderator, i'd lock the account right away... New account, 0 rep... It has no games worth mentioning to worry about.

That wouldn't do much as he could just make a new account.

It would at least stop him from making new threads until he made a new account...

Course if i were in charge i'd have a background script, and if someone posts that exact post anywhere as a new thread, it would lock his account right away... the phone number is really unique too...

It's also possible a smart admin could mark the account as spam, then he THINKS he's posting spam, and to him he sees the spam, but it's hidden to the rest of us, then no matter how much he posts it doesn't affect the rest of us... And when he logs off it disappears...

Smart admin or not, such a thing is only possible if it's encoded in the forum software. A simple maximum new posts per x time would be much more effective. New accounts posting a lot, whether replies or new threads, should be auto reported.

I don't see why it couldn't be added...

But limited posts with low rep might help, making them wait merely means they will make more accounts so when one goes down the next is ready to take it's place...

I'd hate to require that they have bought something from the store before being able to use the forums, but that could work too... As the likelihood of you needing help on one of the free games seems unlikely...
