It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

We would like to inform you that, due to our storage and CDN provider's outage, we are encountering technical issues that may cause difficulties in downloading and updating your games both through the GOG GALAXY client and GOG Store. Already downloaded files are in no way affected.

We are trying to mitigate this external problem by switching to our secondary storage while our provider is restoring data. We would also like to highlight that those issues do not affect purchasing games. Currently available discounts on selected titles will not be extended due to the above.

It is our team's top priority to resolve those issues and we aim to resolve them as fast as possible. Apologies for any inconveniences caused.

mrkgnao: A quick update for people following my reports:

I have just started a run to test the current situation. Expect a report in 4-5 hours.

However, it does look much better. Having run through about 100 games, so far there are no 404 errors for any file.

On the other hand, unlike yesterday and before, MD5 data now seems to be missing for every single game and file.
Thankyou mrkgnao for the work.
Do you have any info regarding Grim Dawn files?

It has been reported that they are not working too:

https://www.gog.com/forum/general/slayin_it_sale_awesome_hack_slash_games_on_discounts_up_to_90_2420c/post9

Thanks again.

I see no problem with Grim Dawn offline installers --- they appear downloadable for me.

I am not using galaxy.

Thank you
For me its gone from giving me 404 errors to this (for example Terraforming Mars DLC):

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
<Error>
<Code>NoSuchKey</Code>
<Message>The specified key does not exist.</Message>
<Details>No such object: games-45971d/secure/offline/2013033253/1504654780/56696322482530894/9864/setup_terraforming_mars_-_prelude_2.0 000.4.130025_master_(64bit)_(66131).exe</Details>
</Error>

Don't really call that progress. Guessing with the disclaimer gone, GoG seems to say its fixed?

Are people putting in tickets?

Thank you,

RCade
I made jokes when this message was shown on front page - as everything worked and they warn
about problems while normally there are problems and no message at all shows up.

As Linux user there is no GOG Galaxy client - so only offline installer - and bought and installed
several titles the last days - and fetched some updated versions.
But now I fail to get the update of "Shattered Pixel Dungeon" being 91 MB in size - so nothing.
And this can not be transferred - no chance.

So there seems to be a totally corrupted situation right now (24.07. 18:45 CET) - not something
of a load balancing issue but a real data corruption problem. So I hope they get a fresh backup
or a standby storage up soon, as the current situation is chaotic and has nothing to do with
file sizes, load or other things one may be accustomed to (like during a huge sale).

May be nice to see soon a message "problems are solved - all things work right now" ...

- I would be grateful if someone could check whether they too have the same issue with the Blackwell games

These links are working for me:

https://www.gog.com/downlink/episode_1_the_blackwell_legacy/en1installer0
https://www.gog.com/downlink/episode_2_blackwell_unbound/en1installer0
https://www.gog.com/downlink/episode_3_blackwell_convergence/en1installer0
https://www.gog.com/downlink/episode_4_blackwell_deception/en1installer0
https://www.gog.com/downlink/the_blackwell_epiphany/en1installer0
Yes. For me too, but still a problem for automated tools.

The direct links in Hustlefan's post work, but trying to download from the library in a browser or via GOG Galaxy doesn't work.

Ice_Mage: The direct links in your post work
Which?

The ones with "/downloads/" or the ones with "/downlink/"?

Sorry, I meant the links in Hustlefan's post. Those are the .../downlink/... ones. Your links just result in the NoSuchKey error, same as trying to download from the library.
Installation of iron harvest stucks at 92%. I tried to download the offline installer, the funny thing is that the client took half an hour to download 18 gigabytes of files, and I didn't find a any file of the game on the pc after downloading....
